The San Francisco Bath Salt Company is confident that you will be happy with the quality of our products and stand behind every single item. If you are not satisfied with your purchase on any of our products, or if we have made an error on your shipment, please accept our apologies and contact us immediately so we can correct the error as quickly as possible. Please contact us by phone at 1-800-480-4540 or by email at customerservice@sfbsc.com to discuss your return options.
Please check your orders thoroughly upon receipt and notify us of any damages or problems within 90 days of the original order date.
Please also note that due to the customized nature of our custom bath products, some items weighing over 10lbs will not be returnable. We suggest first placing a small order (5 lbs or less) for sampling purposes before placing orders for larger quantities of custom bath salts.
Refunds: Approved refunds will be issued in the same way in which the product was originally purchased (credit card, Paypal, check, etc.). If the item being refunded was shipped for free and is not considered damaged or faulty, refunds will be issued less the amount of our cost to ship the product.

Cancellations
Most orders are shipped same day or within 8 hours of order placement. Please call 1-800-480-4540 as soon as possible if you wish to cancel your order. We will do our best to accommodate any cancellation requests that have not yet been processed or shipped.
