1. Get rid of that Thanksgiving Belly!
Epsom Salt contains magnesium sulfate which is easily absorbed by the human skin and helps release unnecessary toxins from the body. “The night before, I suggest taking an Epsom Salt bath. You add 12 pounds of Epsom Salt in hot bath water, soak for 20 minutes, wash off in cold water, go to bed, and wake up leaner!’ says [Celebrity Nutritionist] Goglia. 12 pounds may sound like a lot, but the goal is to lose water weight, so the salt content is very high, as opposed to a few cups for a leisurely soak.” - Byrdie

Things You Need: cooking pot, 1 cup of Epsom salt, a wooden spoon, 3 tbsp. dish detergent, and a paintbrush
Pour 1 1/2 cups of water into a cooking pot and place the pot on the stove.
Bring the pot to a boil over a high heat. Slowly stir in 1 cup of Epsom Salt.
Stir the mixture with a wooden spoon until the Epsom Salt is completely dissolved.
Remove the mixture from the heat and allow it to cool slightly.
Mix in 3 tbsp. of liquid dish detergent.
Paint the mixture onto the window using a paintbrush. The “frost” will start to form as the solution dries.
